5. How to request access to a record

Requests must be submitted on the prescribed PAIA request form to the Information Officer at visibilityengine.ops@gmail.com.

The requester must provide sufficient detail to enable the record to be identified and the requester to be contacted, together with the form of access required and, where applicable, proof of identity and authority.

Prescribed fees under PAIA may apply. The Information Officer will respond to requests in line with the timelines set out in PAIA.

6. Remedies

A requester who is dissatisfied with a decision may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or apply to a competent court, as set out in PAIA.
