Unless stated otherwise, prices are in South African Rand and exclude third-party costs that are not expressly included.
6. Payment terms
Payment terms will be confirmed in the quote, invoice, WhatsApp agreement, or proposal.
Unless agreed otherwise:
- Setup fees are payable before work begins.

You remain responsible for amounts due for work already performed, time already allocated, third-party costs already incurred, or services already delivered.

Where a service is described as a six-month system, partnership, or package, it is designed to be delivered over six months.

If you cancel early, you may still be responsible for:
- Setup work already completed
- Monthly services already delivered
- Work already scheduled or started

- Any minimum commitment agreed in writing
The exact cancellation position should be confirmed in the quote, invoice, or written agreement for your package.

Visibility Engine’s services involve custom work, time allocation, strategy, admin, platform setup, digital delivery, content creation, registrations, and/or third-party costs.
For this reason, unless required by South African law or expressly agreed in writing:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once planning, admin, access setup, design, content, registration, or platform work has started.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable for any month where work has started, support has been provided, content has been scheduled, reporting has been prepared, or the service period has begun.
- Third-party costs, platform costs, filing costs, registration costs, domain costs, and paid tools are non-refundable once incurred.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or time has been reserved for your project.
- No refund is given because Google rankings, calls, leads, tender outcomes, approvals, registrations, customer responses, or platform decisions did not meet your expectations.
This does not remove any rights you may have under South African law. If the law requires a refund, repair, correction, or remedy, we will handle the matter in line with the applicable law.
